The following general and payment terms apply to all activities organised by Pieters Arts Collective. By enrolling in a lesson series, trial lessons, workshops, masterclasses and private lessons, or by accepting a quote for performances, clients automatically agree to all applicable terms. The terms are available at www.pietersartscollective.com and it is the client's own responsibility to consult them. I. LESSONS

Enrolment lesson series (group)

• Pre-registration is required for a lesson series.
• Registration is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• If there are insufficient enrolments, the lesson series will be cancelled, registered clients will be notified and the amount paid will be refunded free of charge.
• If a lesson series is fully booked, clients may register for a waiting list without obligation. If places become available, everyone on the waiting list will be notified. If there are sufficient registrations on the waiting list, an additional group may be started.
• Your place in a lesson series is only reserved upon receipt of payment.
• Cooling-off period/right of withdrawal for online registration: clients who register online for a lesson series have the right to withdraw their registration without giving any reason within 14 calendar days, unless the service has already been fully performed or starts within this period. To exercise the right of withdrawal, an unambiguous e-mail to yasmien@pietersartscollective.com is sufficient.
• A lesson in a lesson series lasts 1 hour in total.

Enrolment trial lessons, workshops and masterclasses (group)

• Pre-registration is required for all trial lessons, workshops and masterclasses.
• Registration is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• If there are insufficient enrolments, workshops and masterclasses will be cancelled, registered clients will be notified and the amount paid will be refunded free of charge.
• If trial lessons, workshops and masterclasses are fully booked, clients may register for a waiting list without obligation. If places become available, everyone on the waiting list will be notified. If there are sufficient registrations on the waiting list, an additional group may be started.
• Your place for trial lessons is only reserved upon receipt of payment.
• Cooling-off period/right of withdrawal for online registration: clients who register online for trial lessons, workshops and masterclasses have the right to withdraw their registration without giving any reason within 14 calendar days, unless the service has already been fully performed or starts within this period. • The date for workshops and masterclasses is only reserved upon receipt of payment.
• A trial lesson lasts 1 hour in total.
• A workshop lasts 1 or 2 hours in total.
• A masterclass lasts 2 hours in total.

Enrolment private lessons (individual)

• Pre-registration is required for all private lessons.
• Registration is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Your place for private lessons is only reserved upon receipt of payment.
• Cooling-off period/right of withdrawal for online registration: clients who register online for private lessons have the right to withdraw their registration without giving any reason within 14 calendar days, unless the service has already been fully performed or starts within this period. To exercise the right of withdrawal, an unambiguous e-mail to yasmien@pietersartscollective.com is sufficient.
• A private lesson takes place online or at a location of choice for an additional fee.
• A private lesson lasts 1 hour in total.

Dates lesson series (group)

• When enrolling in a lesson series, you register for a pre-determined period.

Dates trial lessons, workshops and masterclasses (group)

• When enrolling in trial lessons, workshops and masterclasses, you register for a pre-agreed date.

Dates private lessons (individual)

• When enrolling in a private lesson, you register for a pre-agreed date.

Rates lesson series (group)

• Lesson series of 10 lessons (early bird): €150.00 per client
• Lesson series of 10 lessons: €160.00 per client
• Single lesson (from the lesson series, excluding trial lessons): €19.00 per client
• Pieters Arts Collective reserves the right to change rates. In the event of a rate change after enrolment, the client will be notified in writing or electronically. If the change is disadvantageous to the client, they may cancel free of charge in writing within 7 calendar days of notification.

Rates trial lessons (group)

• Trial lesson: €10.00 per client
• Pieters Arts Collective reserves the right to change rates. In the event of a rate change after enrolment, the client will be notified in writing or electronically. If the change is disadvantageous to the client, they may cancel free of charge in writing within 7 calendar days of notification.

Rates workshops and masterclasses (group)

• Single lesson: €25.00 per client per hour / €45.00 per client per two hours
• Pieters Arts Collective reserves the right to change rates. In the event of a rate change after enrolment, the client will be notified in writing or electronically. If the change is disadvantageous to the client, they may cancel free of charge in writing within 7 calendar days of notification.

Rates private lessons (individual)

• Private lesson: €65.00
• Travel surcharge: transport is included within a radius of 15 km. Beyond this radius, €0.25/km will be charged (plus additional parking costs if applicable).
• Pieters Arts Collective reserves the right to change rates. In the event of a rate change after enrolment, the client will be notified in writing or electronically. If the change is disadvantageous to the client, they may cancel free of charge in writing within 7 calendar days of notification.

Absence/cancellation lesson series (group)

• If attendance is not possible for all dates of a lesson series, you may, after consultation with and agreement from Yasmien Pieters, choose to pay per lesson.
• In case of a no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.
• Cancellation of a lesson series is free of charge up to and including 7 calendar days before the start, and the amount paid will be refunded free of charge. Cancellation within 7 calendar days: half of the amount paid will be refunded free of charge. Cancellation after the start of a lesson series: the cost of lessons already attended will be charged at the standard single-lesson rate. The remaining amount will be refunded free of charge.
• Cancellation by Pieters Arts Collective entitles the client to a refund of the amount paid.

Absence/cancellation trial lessons, workshops and masterclasses (group)

• In case of a no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.
• Cancellation of trial lessons, workshops and masterclasses is free of charge up to and including 7 calendar days before the scheduled date, and the amount paid will be refunded free of charge. Cancellation within 7 calendar days: half of the amount paid will be refunded free of charge. Cancellation within 48 hours: no refund is possible.
• Cancellation by Pieters Arts Collective entitles the client to a refund of the amount paid.

Absence/cancellation private lessons (individual)

• In case of a no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.
• Cancellation of a private lesson is free of charge up to and including 48 hours before the start. Cancellation within 48 hours: no refund is possible.
• Cancellation by Pieters Arts Collective entitles the client to a refund of the amount paid.

Liability/insurance for lesson series, trial lessons, workshops, masterclasses and private lessons

• Participation in all activities organised by Pieters Arts Collective is at one's own risk. Pieters Arts Collective is only liable for damage resulting from an intentional or serious fault of itself or its employees. It is not liable for minor faults, indirect damage, or damage caused by third parties or force majeure. No liability is accepted for accidents, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, unless resulting from a serious or intentional fault of the organisation. Its own civil liability and legal protection insurance apply.
• The client is responsible for providing a safe environment (if workshops and masterclasses take place at a location proposed by the client) and for providing a covered alternative in case of bad weather (if workshops and masterclasses take place outdoors).
• The client commits to conducting sufficient marketing for workshops and masterclasses, with clear mention of Pieters Arts Collective.
• The client bears the cost of music rights (Sabam), overnight stays and meals if applicable.

II. PERFORMANCES

Performance requests

• Request a quote in advance and mention the following details: date, time, duration, venue, preferences for a performance (dance and/or music, dance styles/music styles, costumes/clothing, accessories, other preferences).
• Clients who have made an online request have the right to withdraw their request without giving any reason within 14 calendar days, unless the service has already been fully performed or starts within this period. To exercise the right of withdrawal, an unambiguous e-mail to yasmien@pietersartscollective.com is sufficient.

Performance dates

• The date for performances is only reserved upon receipt of payment.

Performance rates

• A minimum rate of €350.00 applies.
• Travel surcharge: transport is included within a radius of 15 km. Beyond this radius, €0.25/km will be charged (plus additional parking costs if applicable).
• Pieters Arts Collective reserves the right to change rates. In the event of a rate change after request, the client will be notified in writing or electronically. If the change is disadvantageous to the client, they may cancel free of charge in writing within 7 calendar days of notification.
• Tipping the artist is appreciated and should be done in a respectful manner. Tips are given voluntarily and are not part of the fee.

Performance cancellation

• Cancellation of performances is free of charge up to and including 7 calendar days before the scheduled date, and the amount paid will be refunded free of charge. Cancellation within 7 calendar days: half of the amount paid will be refunded free of charge. Cancellation within 48 hours: no refund is possible.

Liability/insurance performances

• The client is responsible for all practical matters contributing to a successful performance:
  • Heated dressing room with lock.
  • Sound system with all types of USB/Bluetooth connection(s).
  • Clean and safe floor.
  • Covered alternative for outdoor performances.
• The client commits to conducting sufficient marketing for performances, with clear mention of Pieters Arts Collective.
• The client bears the cost of music rights (Sabam), overnight stays and meals if applicable.
• Pieters Arts Collective is only liable for damage resulting from an intentional or serious fault of itself or its employees. It is not liable for minor faults, indirect damage, or damage caused by third parties or force majeure. No liability is accepted for accidents, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, unless resulting from a serious or intentional fault of the organisation. Its own civil liability and legal protection insurance apply.

PAYMENT TERMS

I. Lessons

• Payment term: Payment must be made within 14 calendar days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment method: Payment is made by transfer to the account number stated on the invoice, quoting the invoice number as reference. E.g. Reference for payment of invoice number 1 is "Invoice number 1".
• Late payment: In case of late payment, the outstanding amount will be increased by operation of law and without prior notice of default by a fixed compensation of 10% with a minimum of €50, as well as interest of 2.5% per month. For clients, this penalty only applies if it has been expressly accepted in advance and is proportionate.
• Cancellation terms: In case of cancellation by the client of a lesson series, trial lessons, workshops and masterclasses within 7 calendar days, half of the amount will be charged. In case of cancellation after the start of a lesson series, the cost of lessons already attended will be charged at the standard single-lesson rate. In case of cancellation within 48 hours of trial lessons, workshops, masterclasses and private lessons, the full amount will be charged.
• Complaints and disputes: Complaints about the invoice must be submitted in writing and with reasons within 7 calendar days of the invoice date. In the absence of a timely dispute, the invoice is considered definitively accepted.
• Jurisdiction: In case of disputes, the courts of the registered office of Pieters Arts Collective or, at the client's choice, the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Personal data of clients are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Art. 6). This data is used exclusively for registration, invoicing, communication and organisation of activities by Pieters Arts Collective. The data subject always has the right to access, correct and delete their data.
